How we build

We have developed a simplified software delivery process that encompasses project planning, agile methodologies, robust technical design and quality assurance.

Our Approach can be broken down to two simple development periods:

Product Requirement Analysis


We start our work with a detailed requirements analysis in close communication with our clients because this is the most critical phase. We clearly want to understand the business, and jointly define the goals, procedure and deliverables, with the next steps of the software development cycle, such as Prototyping & Review Workshop, Prepare functional specifications, design, Agree on final specifications with client, Prepare & implement project plan (using JIRA).

Phased Development


Our development team comprises experienced project management, System Analyst, Senior and Junior programmers as well as UI/UX Graphic Designer and Tester/QA; we all have been working together since many years and as a team, we know how to efficiently complete a project within budget and on time, also due to Regular reviews & close communication with client and thorough Testing & QA before Implementation. We also ensure Documentation & Application Trainings as needed. Additionally, we do Project Reviews to ensure constant learning and process improvement. To keep the software up-to-date and well-maintained, we offer post-project services such as Maintenance & Support (Hourly On Demand Packages or regular monthly services)
